1) Dealers access from 7.30am ish. Trading hours are 9am – 1.30pm.
2) I / we will not start packing away until 1.00pm (1.30pm preferably) as the Fair is advertised until this time.
3) Hall must be vacated by 3pm. Your cooperation is appreciated.
4) Cancellations will only be credited, and rolled over to next Fair, if at least one weeks notice is given. No credit will be given for non attendance on day of Fair.
5) I / we accept that non attendance of booked but unpaid tables will be invoiced.
6) I / We declare that I / we hold Public Liability Insurance applicable to commercial trading, or that my / our House Contents Insurance Policy covers me /us against Third Party Risks.
